Genevieve Pantin Fearnley

Human Resources Director


Genevieve Pantin Fearnley currently holds the position of Human Resources Director of Fearnley Group and has been with the organisation since 2006. She holds a BSC in Psychology and Anthropology, MSC in the Psychology of Culture and is due to graduate with a PhD this year.

Genevieve leveraged her expertise as a corporate anthropologist and a psychologist to shape organisational culture and drive internal change with a strong focus on creating an adaptable work environment within Fearnley Group. Genevieve has developed comprehensive organisational strategies, managed employee relations and implemented new programs aimed at enhancing staff cohesion.

Her background in management consultancy and as a therapist has equipped her with the skills to navigate complex recruitment and training processes along with authoring organisational policies to reflect the culture and legalities of each location and the core values of the organisation. She also works closely with the management team and is strongly involved in employee relations.

Genevieve was instrumental in the growth of Fearnley group outside of the UK and has spearheaded the design of the organisational culture of Fearnley Group throughout its changes and locations. She has developed organisational strategy to manage change, conflict and to assist with the personal growth of individuals within the organisation.

In addition to her corporate responsibilities, she excels in mediation, conflict management and legal correspondence. A passionate philanthropist and an Ambassador for the Global Gift Foundation and Hera Foundation, Genevieve has established multiple NGOs across Africa demonstrating her commitment to social impact. Outside of her professional pursuits she is a keen equestrian and a published author and enjoys daily exercise and travel.
