Nicola Rogers

Nicola Rogers is the Human Resources and Recruitment Manager at Fearnley Group, where she is responsible for supporting the company’s people strategy and reinforcing a strong, values-led organisational culture. With a clear focus on people, development, and sustainable growth, Nicola works in close partnership with leadership to ensure Fearnley continues to attract, retain, and develop high-quality talent across its global operations.

Holding a BSc in Literature and Philosophy, Nicola began her career in London, recruiting technical professionals between 2005 and 2009. She later relocated to Dubai, where she established her own HR and Recruitment Consultancy, gaining extensive experience supporting organisations through change, expansion, and workforce transformation.

At Fearnley Group, Nicola plays a key role in designing effective recruitment and HR processes that prioritise quality, compliance, and long-term capability building. She is highly detail-oriented and experienced in driving talent acquisition strategies, optimising operations, and using data-driven insights to improve efficiency and outcomes. Her approach supports the company’s commitment to safe, responsible operations by ensuring the right people are in the right roles.

Passionate about training and continuous development, Nicola is committed to empowering employees, coaching teams, and creating opportunities for skills development at all levels.
