Meet the Recruitment Manager
Nicola Rogers
Nicola Rogers currently holds the position of Human Resources and Recruitment Manager of Fearnley Group. She has a BSc in Literature and Philosophy and worked in London recruiting technical positions from 2005 to 2009, before relocating to Dubai to establish her own HR & Recruitment Consultancy. Responsible for shaping organisational culture, change, development and growth.
Detail-oriented HR and Recruitment Manager experienced in designing recruitment processes, driving talent acquisition strategies and leading high-performing teams. Skilled in sourcing top-tier talent, building strong client relationships, and optimising operations to meet organisational goals. Adept at leveraging data-driven insights to improve hiring efficiency while fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
