Role Overview - Fearnley Group is seeking highly connected, Self-Employed Sales Agents to drive business expansion across the USA, Mexico, Brazil, Trinidad, and Guyana. This is a 100% commission- based hunter role designed for an established industry professional with a "Rolodex" of decision-makers within major Oil & Gas operators and drilling contractors. You will manage the full sales lifecycle—from initial "door-opening" to commercial closing— supported by our first class engineering and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities -
Lead Generation & Hunting: Proactively identify and engage new business opportunities within the Permian, Gulf Coast, Mid-Continent, and Latin American offshore basins.
Relationship Management: Leverage existing high-level contacts at Operators (IOCs/NOCs) and Tier-1 Service Companies to secure Master Service Agreements
Commercial Negotiation: Lead the commercial relationship and opportunity development, ensuring alignment with Fearnley Group's gross profit targets.
Market Intelligence: Provide feedback on regional pricing trends and competitor activity in the US and LATAM markets.
Target Regions
USA: Houston/Gulf Coast, Permian Basin, Mid-Continent (Oklahoma).
LATAM: Mexico, Brazil, Trinidad, Guyana and Suriname.
Requirements -
Must be self-employed / Independent Consultant.
An active, "warm" contact base of major O&G operators and drilling contractors in the specified regions.
Proven track record in B2B technical sales within the energy, drilling, or subsea sectors.
Bilingual (English and Spanish) is highly preferred to manage the Mexico and LATAM portfolios effectively. (Portuguese is a plus for the Brazil region).
Ability to discuss Fearnley Groups Services, QA/QC, Engineering, Training, Accreditation with clients (technical deep-dives will be supported by our Technical Management Team and Subject Matter Experts)
