Quality Assurance Advisor (Vietnam)
Line Manager: Regional Manager
Job Description: Working in the QAQC department of the company. Duties will include but not limited to:
Supervising the relevant QA/QC Engineers and supporting supervision when required for other Fearnley Group Product Lines, Training, Engineering, Auditing, Accreditation, Certification.
QAQC activities, equipment failure investigations, strip downs, DBR’s.
Assistance with implementing companies QHSE.
Coordination of Engineers, and subcontractors.
Customer liaison.
Establish and maintain effective relationships with key customer personnel.
Attendance of Client meetings, when required
Training of other QA/QC Engineers.
Ability to supervise QA/QC Engineers by way of:
Reviewing and signing of reporting by QA/QC Engineers
Perform Quality Assurance/ Quality Control activities in accordance with companies work instructions detailed under the company’s Quality Management System and as detailed on the job sheet issued by the Project Engineer or Regional Manager.
Submit timely Vendor/Visit Reports, Non-Conformance Reports, Corrective Action Requests, Release Notes, Quality Plan comments and other pertinent documents as may be required by Fearnley Group, customer contract terms and expectations; supervisory requests/ amendments and; regulatory requirements when applicable.
Maintain comprehensive current files on above documentation and necessary current technical documents via the company google drive.
Submit weekly timesheets.
Coordinate with Human Resources to ensure necessary training of QA/QC Engineers is conducted and support recruitment efforts as required.
Support for the Regional Manager, when needed.
