About the Role -

The Sales Manager will focus on expanding our footprint within the upstream - drilling and exploration Oil and Gas industry, increasing our service offering to Operators, Drilling Contractors and Suppliers. You’ll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and working with internal teams to deliver high-quality, customized engineering solutions.

Responsibilities -

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy targeting operators, drilling contractors and suppliers within assigned regions.

  • Identify and secure new business with key accounts.

  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with engineering, operations, quality, and supply chain personnel across target companies.

  • Promote QA/QC TPI, equipment failure investigations, and certification services as value-added solutions.

  • Conduct in-person meetings, presentations, and facility/site visits to demonstrate capabilities and win client confidence.

  • Collaborate closely with QA/QC operations teams to ensure technical delivery meets client expectations.

  • Manage CRM system inputs to track pipeline activity, client engagement, proposals, and reporting.

  • Monitor market trends and competitor offerings in the drilling and completions QA/QC space.

  • Attend relevant trade shows and networking events to build visibility and generate leads.

Qualifications -

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience in oilfield services, preferably with exposure to QA/QC, inspection, or failure analysis.

  • Strong industry knowledge of drilling and completions equipment, services, and client operations.

  • Established network within the O&G industry.

  • Proven ability to meet sales targets and close complex, technical deals.

  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  • Self-starter with the ability to work remotely and manage travel.

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, or a related technical field (preferred).
