Role Overview - We are looking for field-proven Drilling TPI Specialists to conduct ad-hoc QA/QC surveillance, shop inspections, and rig-site verification for onshore drilling activities in Austria and associated European supply yards.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform manufacturing and yard surveillance for OCTG casing/tubing, drill pipe, BHA components, directional tools (MWD/LWD, PDM, jars), and wellhead equipment.
Witness Non-Destructive Testing (NDT), dimensional inspection, thread gauging, visual checks, and hydrostatic pressure testing.
Verify calibration of inspection/testing equipment and review Certificate of Conformance (COC) data packages.
Issue detailed inspection reports, field notifications, and NCRs in a timely manner.
Requirements:
5+ years of hands-on TPI experience in drilling tubulars, tools, and wellhead systems.
Certified in NDT Level II (VT, MT, PT, UT) with expertise in DS-1, NS-2, and API specifications.
Must hold EU citizenship / valid EU right-to-work to facilitate short-notice deployments.
German language fluency (highly desirable).
